Week starts hot, ends cooler

After several days of near-average temperatures, we bounded back into the triple digits this weekend.

Fresno’s average high this time of year is still 99-degrees. Fresno reached 101-degrees Saturday afternoon. We’ll see a high of 103-degrees Sunday.

Sunday will be the warmest day of the week ahead. Highs tick down to 102 Monday and 101 Tuesday. A low pressure system then moves onshore in Washington and Oregon bringing cool air our way. Temperatures will drop several degrees below average to round out the rest of the week in the low 90s.
