Tule fog was dense in parts of the Valley Tuesday morning with visibility less than 300 feet at times from Hanford to Lemoore.
Patchy fog returns Wednesday morning — the first day of 2020.
Fog will begin to form after midnight and should not affect your plans counting down the final moments of 2019.
