Dyer says he has accepted a request to chair a national task force on homelessness. Final details and Dyer’s appointment have yet to be finalized. Dyer says Philip Mango, who was a Bush appointee on homeless asked if he would be willing to chair the task force. Dyer accepted and it now heads to the official appointee process.
