Paul George finishes third in MVP, Defensive Player of the Year voting

Sports

Paul George went 0-for-2 on Monday night.

The ex-Fresno State Bulldog was a finalist for two NBA Awards: Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year. He didn’t win either of them.

Rudy Gobert of the Utah Jazz was named the league’s Defensive Player of the Year during the NBA Awards Show, and Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo was named MVP.

Paul George finished in third place for both awards.
