FRESNO, Calif. — Kerman HS dual-threat quarterback Sean Chambers has committed to play at Rutgers. Last season the Lions QB threw for 2,023 yds with 19 TDs and ran for 1,027 yds with 15 rushing TDs. Chambers will graduate in 2018.
