FRESNO, Calif. — The Houston Astros have a language development program that provides the international players with an easier transition to professional baseball in the states.
Fresno Grizzlies’ outfielder Teoscar Hernandez is a graduate from the program and is already a published author after writing an essay titled ‘Home’ written in English, his second language.
