FRESNO, Calif. — Central Valley legend Tom Flores was once again snubbed from being voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The Sanger high school alum was a pioneer and became the first Latino head coach in NFL history.

Flores is just one of two men to win the Super Bowl as a player, as an assistant coach and as a head coach. The other is Mike Ditka.
