ICYMI: Golden West’s Angel Celaya scores her second career touchdown

VISALIA, Calif. — On Friday, Golden West senior running back Angel Celaya scored her second career touchdown vs. Mt. Whitney to give the Trailblazers a 35-0 lead. There was 9 minutes left in the 2nd quarter on 1st and goal. Golden West ended up winning 61-7.

This touchdown comes weeks after she became the first female in Central Section history to score a touchdown in a varsity game.

Golden West (5-1) will play Redwood (6-0) on Friday October, 11th at the Mineral King Bowl. Kickoff set for 6:30pm
