Video shows alleged drunk driver field sobriety test in Madera

News

MADERA, California – According to a post and video on Facebook, Madera police said they arrested an alleged DUI driver Friday night.

Officer Mahoney said he conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle he observed swerving into the oncoming lanes of traffic.

Officer Mahoney said he contacted Vianey Jaramillo 28-years-old, who displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication.

Police say Vianey failed all field sobriety tests on the scene and was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Vianey later provided a breath sample at Madera County Jail of nearly three times the legal limit, police say.
