Valley Political Leaders Hold Vastly Different Opinions On Kavanaugh Hearings

News

Valley political leaders expressed vastly different opinions on the outcome on the testimony of Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford who gave sworn testimony to a Senate Committee over alleged sexual misconduct that occurred decades ago when both were students in Maryland.

Ford testified emotionally under penalty of perjury that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her.
Kavanaugh also gave highly charged testimony under penalty of perjury that he did not commit the assault.

Tonight Fresno Democratic party chair Michael Evans says Ford’s testimony was a big win for Democrats.

Prominent GOP activist Mike Der Manouel says that Ford was essentially weaponized by Democrats, and says that Senate Democrats are “brood of vipers”.

And legal analyst David Mugridge says the hearings are proof that the system works.
