Valley heat poses dangers for families

The summer heat was felt all across the Valley Monday with temperatures reaching well into the triple digits. In Fresno, families tried to cool off at splash parks and neighborhood pools, but doctors are concerned about how the heat is impacting children and adults at this time of year. 

Doctors say the biggest heat related ailments they see this time of year are heat exhaustion and major sunburns.
