Suspect identified after a fatal shooting in Dinuba

DINUBA, California (KSEE/KGPE) – Police in Dinuba are searching for a man in connection with a fatal shooting in the city earlier this month.

On August 6th, between 7:10 p.m. and 7:35 p.m., officers were dispatched to an area near Yale Ave and O Street after a report of a gunshot victim. They arrived and reported one man dead at the scene and a second victim with several stab wounds. The second victim was taken to the hospital.

Jose Manuel Lopez, 22

Investigators identified the suspect as 22-year-old Jose Manuel Lopez. Officers say he’s 5′ 10″ tall, 180 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous and believed to be driving a 2016 silver Hyundai Elantra.
