Neighbors told police they heard an argument in the alley that turned into a fight and was followed by gunshots.

Police say according to witnesses a bullet missed the intended target and struck the bedroom window of a nearby apartment unit. Police say a family was home in the apartment at the time but was in another room so no one was hurt.
