There’s one republican on Capitol Hill that isn’t ready to tear up President Biden’s massive infrastructure plan before it gets to the House. Valley congressman David Valadao isn’t happy about the $2.2 trillion dollar price tag and he believes the plan needs a lot of work before heading to a vote, but he also says this is something both sides of aisle have been talking about for quite a long time.
