With only a month to go before the California primary, Fresno mayor Lee Brand has yet to officially endorse a candidate. However, during a Sunday Morning Matters conversation with Alexan Balekian, Brand said Jerry Dyer is ready to lead the city, while the other front runner, Andrew Janz is not qualified at this time.
