Teen arrested for allegedly threatening a Visalia school

VISALIA, California (KSEE/KGPE) – A 14-year-old has been arrested for making criminal threats towards staff and students at Visalia’s Creekside Community School, according to Tulare County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were called to the school around 12 noon Thursday after staff reported that the teenager had become disruptive in class.

The suspect was then booked into the Tulare County Juvenile Detention Facility. The sheriff’s office says threats like this are always taken seriously.
