Suspected DUI driver crashes into hydrant

Fresno fire and police are working the scene where an alleged drunk driver rammed his car into a fire hydrant and caused major flooding.  

It happened after 4 a.m. Monday morning in the area of North Second Street and East Washington Avenue.

Police say they found an empty beer can in the car.

They are investigating.
