Mary White Fowler said she she was parked right where the victim’s SUV crashed just moments before it plowed into a fence and flipped.

“I and my babies could have been dead when i moved my car from here and hit that curve and corner right there goes another boom boom,” said Fowler.

The murder victim has been identified as 31-year old Juan Rangel, Rangel’s cousin was the passenger, and is now recovering from his injuries.
Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer sheds light on the likely motive for the murder.
