South Valley Residents Killed In Paso Robles Crash Identified.

Two residents from Coalinga were killed in a rollover accident in san luis obispo county.  The sheriff's office say an s-u-v collided with a small Honda yesterday morning, on highway 46 at buena vista drive. The victims have been identified as 78-year-old Virginia Atone" and 57-year-old Lawrence Lopez.

Witnesses say the s-u-v ran a red light, collided with the honda, then rolled at least three times across the highway. Stone and Lopez were inside the s-u-v-- they died at the scene. Two other passengers and the driver of the honda were taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.Nearby residents say they're seeing an increase in crashes in the area. ""this is such a travelled road right here, it's our only link to the valley and here in paso it's becoming such a destination area with all the wineries", says Paso Robles resident Oriana Makai-Nelson.

The crash is still under investigation, but authorities don't believe alcohol or drugs played a factor.
