News

Fresno, CA –  Fresno police on the hunt for the person who fired several shots injuring a teenager after a fight broke out.

The shooting happened around 2pm Sunday on McKinley near West in a parking lot of a strip mall.

A 17-year old male walked out of the Smoke Shop when he was confronted by the shooter, words were exchanged, then they fought, that’s when the teen was shot in the backside. A relative took the victim to the hospital with one gunshot wound. Police say the victim will not tell them who the shooter is.

Several shell casings were found at the scene as it was roped off for several hours. Police say the shooter is a black male with a thin build, wearing a gray hoodie.
