A young girl is on a mission to get kids in the valley reading – and now she has some wheels to do it.
The Clawson Cares program presented Danay Ferguson with the keys to a truck. She is the founder of Reading Heart. It’s a program that aims to get books into the hands of every local child. Reading Heart already had a donated trailer for its books – but no way to haul it. The truck will be used to deliver books to schools during the program’s book tour.
