Protesters take down US flag and replace it with a Mexican flag at ICE detention center

News

AURORA, Colorado – A crowd of several hundred gathered outside an ICE facility center in Aurora Friday to protest conditions for migrants crossing the US-Mexico border.

The protest was part of Lights for Liberty a vigil to end human concentration camps, which included thousands of protesters across the world, and focusing on ICE detention facilities.

Protestors took down a U.S. flag at the facility and replaced it with a Mexican flag.

They also spray-painted a blue lives matter flag that was left hanging upside down.
