Caught on camera, police say a man broke into the building of the company that fired him. Security cameras show the suspect stealing electronics and authorities need your help finding 49-year-old Frank Ureta.

On March 3 of this year, the lights turn on at a Clovis office. Police say Frank Ureta walked through the employee locker room of an AT&T contract company. He switched off the lights before using a flashlight. Police say he stole an iPad and it got him fired.

“We know that he was terminated from the contractor that he worked for in March and he was terminated for theft for stealing property from AT&T locations,” said Detective Donnie Dinnell.

On this night, Police say Ureta broke into the company’s Fresno headquarters. You’ll see the suspect clear as day, poking through the office before walking out with a box. Moments later he entered another room, searching for anything valuable. This time he made off with power tools. Authorities are investigating how Ureta still has a key.

“He has committed a total of five burglaries both in Clovis and in Fresno where he’s entered their businesses, their buildings with this master key,” said Dinnell.

Five burglaries in five months. Dinnell says Ureta is accused of stealing an iPhone, two iPads, two 55-inch televisions, a laptop and the power tools you just saw. Police say this security footage clearly has him identified.

“I’m going to guess he doesn’t know these cameras are there. As you know, cameras can be hidden pretty well these days. That or he’s just not very bright. One of the two,” said Dinnell.

If you have any information on where Ureta is, call Crime Stoppers at 498-STOP. You can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.
