North Korea launches missile over Japan

North Korea has fired a missile that passed over northern Japan.

It was confirmed by Japanese officials and the U.S Pentagon.

The missile prompted Japan’s early warning systems, advising people in the country to find shelter, duck and cover.

According to Japanese media, the missile landed in the water. No injuries or damages were caused.

Japan quickly condemned the attack, calling for international action.

This is North Korea’s 13th launch of ballistic missiles this year.
