Man killed in central Fresno shooting identified


The man killed in a shooting Monday morning in central Fresno has been identified.

Raul Cruz (aka Rodolfo Cruz), 33, was killed after a shooting around 4:30 a.m. near Glenn and Harvard avenues, the Fresno Police Department said.

Cruz was a field worker and was on his way to work at the time of the shooting, the Police Department said. Cruz is not a gang member and was unarmed at the time.
