A 22-year-old Hanford man has been arrested, after he allegedly exposed himself to two people on Monday.

According to a statement that was released by Hanford Police on Wednesday, the suspect is identified as Johnny Olivery Silva II, and he was booked into the Kings County Jail for alleged indecent exposure, and alleged possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to police, officers were sent to the Walmart parking lot at 8:48 for the first incident. A woman told police that she was walking through the parking lot when Silva called to her, and as she approached the vehicle, she saw that Silva was nude, and exposed himself to her.

Silva, according to police, was released at that point, and the incident was documented.

According to Hanford Police, officers were dispatched to a second incident at approximately 9:53 A.M., which took place on the 300 block of Mall Drive. Silva, according to police, had already left the scene by that point, but Silva was later found by police.
