Andy Hall sworn-in as Fresno’s 22nd police chief

FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) — Deputy Chief Andy Hill was sworn-in Wednesday as the 22nd police chief of the Fresno Police Department at city hall in downtown.

Chief Hall replaced Chief Dyer after he served 18 years as the Chief of Police.
