Tower District debuts weekly farmers market, rain or shine through October

Local News

You’re invited to check out a new farmers market: It’s in Fresno’s Tower District.

It launched Thursday afternoon and will take place every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It’s in the parking lot at Detention Billiards on Olive Avenue near Yosemite.Avenue.

Organizers say it’s important to give folks access to locally-grown, farm fresh produce.

The market is a rain or shine event that will continue through the end of October.
