Tornado touching down in Fresno County caught on camera

A tornado touched down in Fresno County Thursday afternoon, and it was caught on video.

It happened around 3:30 p.m. at Herndon and Academy avenues.

The aftermath was caught on camera, showing a damaged barn.

On Friday, after National Weather Service officials surveyed the area, they determined the tornado was classified as EF1. 

Tornadoes that meet the EF1 category reach speeds of at least 86 mph.
