Swift water rescue on San Joaquin River for capsized boat victims

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office came to the help of two people whose boat capsized in the San Joaquin River Sunday.

After their boat capsized, they attempted to swim to safety but one of the victims was so tired, he needed the help of the sheriff’s office.

They were on the river near Highway 41, next to Woodward Park.
