Some call it Fresno’s ‘best kept secret,’ weekly bull riding

Local News

Some call it Fresno’s best kept secret, bull riding at an arena in Fresno.

It happens every Thursday night at Toro Bravo Arena off Friant Road in north Fresno, and admission is $3 a person.

If you want to ride one of the bucking bulls, it will cost $15 for the first ride.

“(You) don’t need much. Just sign a little liability form, make sure you got some decent gear, you don’t want to hurt that noggin, and just come on out here and ride,” says Felix Angulo, announcer.

The bull riding is every Thursday night from 7 to 9 p.m.
