FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) – Events Saturday evening around the Fresno State campus are expected to snarl traffic in the area, the Save Mart Center said.

Spokeswoman Annie Melvold said the heaviest traffic would be from 5 to 9 p.m. due to the Save Mart Center hosting rapper Post Malone and Fresno State’s football game against Sacramento State.

Doors at the arena are scheduled open at 7 p.m. Malone’s concert is scheduled to start at 8 p.m.

Fresno State’s matchup against FCS opponent Sacramento State kicks off at 7 p.m.

Melvold said event participants should plan to arrive early and allow extra travel time due to a heavier volume of traffic.
