Pedestrian hurt in Fresno motorcycle crash

FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) – One man has been taken to the hospital after a crash involving a motorcycle and a pedestrian in Fresno.

It happened around 9 p.m. in the area of Blackstone and Michigan Avenues.

Fresno Police say the pedestrian was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and went into surgery. The motorcyclist was unhurt and remained on scene to cooperate with the investigation.

The area of Blackstone Avenue where the incident took place was blocked off for around an hour but has since reopened.
