The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office identified the man who was pulled from a ponding basin last Saturday.

Francisco Radillo, 46, was pulled from the area of Road 44 and Avenue 228, and identified four days later.

Additional testing is needed to determine an official cause of death, the sheriff’s office says.

Detectives are asking for the public’s help to find Radillo’s family. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Det. Greg Burns or Sgt. Gary Marks with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at 559-733-6218, anonymously by calling or texting 559-725-4194 or through email at tcso@tipnow.com.
