FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) – Hundreds headed to northeast Fresno to sample the best River Park has to offer, for the tenth annual “Taste of River Park” event.
Twenty-one of River Park’s restaurants set up outside with samples, and 15 local wineries and breweries provided drinks.
There was a fashion show and live music.
Tickets were $40, and part of the proceeds help the American Red Cross Central California chapter.
“The biggest events that take place for the Red Cross is fires and they deal with fires everyday here locally, at home. They are there to help support them and so for us to be able to give the proceeds back to the Red Cross has been really great for us,” says Tracy Kashian, VP of marketing and public relations for River Park Shopping Center.
