Fresno is the first to unveil Baskin-Robbins ice cream store’s modernized design.

The first in the world, the company says, adding that the new store design is called “Moments.”

“This store is the first Baskin-Robbins location in the world that features the modernized design, which will give guests an entirely new and engaging experience when they visit Baskin-Robbins,” a news release says.

The new store concept is debuting in Fresno, at 6761 North Milburn Ave., before a national rollout begins in 2019.

The concept is designed to “spark joy” and “optimism,” the news release says, as well as “help guests flavor every moment by encouraging them to discover new flavors and products and create memorable moments with family and friends.”

The store will introduce hand-dipped frozen, snackable treats.

A celebration was held Wednesday that gave attendees the opportunity to experience the new store design and sample new products.

Baskin-Robbins also presented Valley Children’s Hospital with $10,000 on behalf of the Joy in Childhood Foundation as part of its commitment to give back to the Fresno community.
