FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) — Fresno Police Chief Andy Hall will be holding a press conference to provide details into the arrest of an 18-year-old man in connection to the slaying of a Fresno street vendor.
Jose Rivera, 53, was killed in a central Fresno drive-by shooting on Nov. 20. He was a father and a well-known street vendor.
