Free self-defense class for women

The defense class is being taught by UFC Champion and legend Frank Shamrock.

FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) –  The Fresno Police Department and the Beauty for Ashes organization will be hosting a free self-defense class for women on Saturday, September 14, 2019. The event will take place at the Playground Training Academy at 1433 Menlo Avenue in Clovis from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. 

The defense class is being taught by UFC Champion and legend Frank Shamrock. It is designed to provide training and techniques for women to build confidence, help attendees become better prepared to protect themselves, develop self-discipline, improve physical conditioning, and improve street awareness.
