A former Fresno City College student body president is now out of jail.

Christopher Washington was sentenced back in January.

Campus police say Washington was found with two female students drunk inside a locked bathroom stall at the college in October.

Washington was accused of a sex crime, providing alcohol to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Those charges were dismissed, but Washington pleaded no contest to dissuading a witness.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office said Washington was released from jail early Tuesday.

On a side note, Fresno City College has student body elections in a couple of weeks.
