Authorities search for missing, ‘endangered’ man out of Porterville

PORTERVILLE, California (KSEE/KGPE) – A 78-year-old man with dementia is missing out of Tulare County and is considered to be endangered, according to police.

Rafael Herrera Rios was last seen Wednesday afternoon in the Strathmore area on Plano Street over Lewis Hill.

He drives a bluish-green ’95 Toyota Corolla, licence plate No. 3NEW142.

He’s described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 200 pounds, gray hair and brown eyes. He was last wearing blue Dickie’s brand pants, a white T-shirt and a hat with a white top and a blue bill.
