Authorities are asking for help locating a missing, at-risk adult in Fresno County, the Sanger Police Department said Wednesday.

Barbara Grable, 22, was last seen on Sunday around 4 p.m. at Sanger Place.

Police said Grable is a dependent adult with the mental capacity of a 13-to-15-year-old and also suffers from schizophrenia.

She is 5-foot-9 and about 190 pounds; she has blue eyes, brown hair and pierced ears.

Grable was last seen wearing a pink T-shirt with multi-colored leggings/pants.

She took extra clothes with her and said she was going to get a soda.

She may be in the Fresno area, police said.

Anyone who has seen Grable or know of her whereabouts, please call Officer Amanda Nelson at 559-875-8521.
