64-year-old at-risk missing man from Visalia found safe

UPDATE: Around 11:45 p.m. Wednesday night officials say they have located Hulsey. He is safe and has been reunited with his family.

A 64-year-old man is missing out of Visalia, Tulare County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday night.

Larry Hulsey has undiagnosed Alzheimer’s Disease, the sheriff’s office says.

He was last seen around 11 a.m. Wednesday morning in the 14000 Block of Avenue 313 in Visalia.

He was wearing a red and gray flannel, dark gray sweatpants and gray tennis shoes. 

He is 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with salt and pepper hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Hulsey’s whereabouts is asked to call the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at 559-733-6218.
