A local production company has made a short film that received 9 nominations at the 168 Film Festival in Los Angeles. 

The film “Impossible” was produced in the Central Valley by KP1 Studios. The film was inspired by the main actress’ past life who escaped an abusive relationship to find redemption through her strength and faith.

The director KP Phagnasay and main actress Alena Gerard joined KSEE 24 Sunrise to talk about their success. 

“Impossible” will be screened at the 168 Film Festival on August 25th.
