KERMAN, California – The Chief of Police of Kerman is retiring Wednesday.
Chief Joseph Blohm made the announcement on Facebook.
“Today will be the last day that I will serve as the Chief of Police for this wonderful community,” Blohm said. “It has been an honor and a privilege to serve you.
