Job for grads

News

The business world’s about to get a new crop of recruits because college graduation season is upon us.

College graduates this year are entering a job market that’s showing a lot of promise. But that also means job applicants might want to rethink what they put on a resume’ and…customize it for each prospective employer.

Experts say your messaging in the interview needs to be targeted to the specific job you want… with a willingness to learn and do even more.

HR and career coaches say…bring humility to the table, too. They say employers want to see your 3-e’s…energy, experiences, enthusiasm and advise you clean up your social media profile.

And for future graduates, the advice is the more internships, the better chance at landing a job.
