About 25 firefighters battled a massive structure fire at the former Discount Trophy & Sign early Monday morning.
The flames broke out just before 4:30 a.m. in the area of Olive and Farris Avenues.
When crews arrived, they found the building to be heavily involved. At one point, the roof gave in and firefighters were forced to control the blaze from the outside.
The shop was already shut down, but the owners were making repairs to the building, in hopes of selling it.
According to investigators, arson is to blame.
