Fire burns house in southwest Fresno


Firefighters are finishing up putting out the flames of a house fire in southwest Fresno.
This happened at Waterman and Tulare. It’s still unclear how the fire started. Firefighters say the house was vacant but had a working smoek detector. Crews were able to stop the fire in the attic. The house had a detached apartment and garage. Firefighters say that building was destroyed.
