Explore Arte Americas, Dia De Los Muertos

News

Arte Americas in Downtown Fresno celebrates its 30th Annual Dia Del Los Muertos Exhibition Tribute. Originally it runs through November. Director Frank Delgado says there’s been great community response so they’re going have the exhibition open until Dec. 30th. Delgado gave us a tour of Arte Americas on KSEE24 Sunrise. At the cultural center you will explore gallery walls of Latino Arts, murals, alters and heritage.
A part of the Dia De Los Muertos tradition includes sugar skull face painting. Esthetician/makeup artist Jackelyn Madrigal and Abigail joined us to talk about the face-painting and cultural.
