Early Childhood Matters: Delhi Unified rolls out school nurse app

Each week in partnership with the Merced County Office of Education, KSEE24 highlights North Valley leaders and programs specializing in Early Childhood Education.

KSEE24’s Christina Tetreault visited Delhi Unified School District to see how they’re providing free health care to their students.

Thanks to an app called Hazel Health – a video based app where school nurses connect students with registered physicians

And the best news? It’s a free doctor’s visit.

Delhi Unified is the first in the Central Valley to roll out the new technology.
