Dozens of wildfires rage across Northern California


More than a thousand homes and businesses have been damaged or destroyed as a fast moving wildfire in Santa Rosa continues to burn.  

The Tubbs fire burning near Calistoga and Santa Rosa has burned more than 25,000 acres.

Many neighborhood shave been destroyed. Homes leveled, streets unrecognizable. Some families lost everything. People have been seen coming back to their homes to look for things like medication and pets..anything they can salvage. 

Families were evacuated early this morning. Emergency vehicles ordered evacuations by bullhorn. 
Comcast is offering wifi to folks in the area and people driving around offering water to strangers. 

In Santa Rosa, authorities have enacted a curfew in the mandatory evacuation areas, 6:40pm till sunrise.

Governor Brown has declared a State of Emergency in Napa, Sonoma, Yuba, Butte, Lake, Mendocino, Nevada, and Orange Counties.
